How are ENSTTI training courses funded?
> If you are from one of the INSC Project’ country partners: Before applying for a course, please check the name and email address of your INSC dedicated point of contact (POC) on the list of the INSC partner countries involved in the training and tutoring projects. You need to be nominated by your INSC POC. The training course will be funded by the European Commission.
> If you are not from a INSC Project partner country, either your training course will be paid by your own company, or you can request financial support from the IAEA TC fellowship programme, through the IAEA National Liaison officer of your country. What is the meaning of “regional training course”?
A “regional training course” is a course reserved for participants from the region where the course is delivered. At the request of the European Commission, these regional training courses are implemented by ENSTTI.
How to enroll in ENSTTI training ?
Once you have selected your training course on the list, click on the “Register” button on the course’s description page to register. Be sure to take notice of the registration deadline indicated in the course description.
How to obtain access to the training program?
All training courses are described in the Training section of the present website.
What happens after registration?
Immediately after registration on the ENSTTI website, you will receive confirmation of registration.
Send the following to the Training Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org) by email: your resume, a copy of your passport, your bank details, and the needs analysis form completed.
A few weeks before the training, you will receive a welcome email with all the information necessary for the smooth running of your training: detailed program, duration, dates, address and access plan.
How to obtain the invitation letter in order to apply for the visa?
The letter of invitation will be sent by ENSTTI or the organization where the training course is delivered, 5 or 6 weeks prior to the beginning of the training.
Are we going to receive a summons?
Three months before the beginning of the training, you will receive a “Welcome email” with:
> The name of the training course’s Module Leader,
> Information about the invitation letter, flight tickets, accommodation, transportation, training week, stipend and other details.
You must have your passport for access to the venue, and do not forget to bring your laptop with you.
Who takes care of meals?
Do not forget to send back the “Needs analysis form” just after registration.
How many participants in a training session?
Training courses are limited to 25 participants.
What are the training schedules?
Working hours: from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Does ENSTTI issue training follow-up certificates?
The last day of the training participants who attend the full course receive an attendance certificate.
Knowledge testing will be perfomed on the full course content and successful participants will be issued with a knowledge certificate.
I cannot connect to my customer account, what should I do?
If you cannot connect to your account, please send an email with your name and organization to email@example.com
I lost my password to the client account, how can I recover it?
Use the “forgot password” link and check your email. If the problem persists send an email with your name and organization to firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I create a customer account?
An account is automatically created when you first register for a training. The account is maintained overtime for subsequent registration.
